She, along with the majority of those detained during the RNC, were held on charges of "probable cause for riot".[11] Sources have criticized the arrest as unlawful and a violation of the freedom of the press.[12]
It's a bullshit charge, but by this point all that crazy anarchist stuff may have been going down and they were taking EVERYONE to jail.

It doesn't matter. The response to "anarchy" in protests is bullshit. They have just as much right to spoof the protest as a "legitimate" protester has to be there. Corralling these people up in cages and hauling them off when 98% of them don't represent a danger much less a nuisance is what's criminal.
