Toyota recommends replacing brake pads on a stock '08 Camry every 30,000 miles. The service rep told me they are replacing brake pads on the hybrids at 60,000 - 80,000 miles.

I am up to 44,000 miles on my Prius and the original breaks still feel great. I was wondering about that recently as well. Good to know.
