I Love Lamp wrote: I think he is portrayed just how he would want to be portrayed (in the trailer). He wasn't a 'good ole cowboy from Crawford, Tx'. The dude went to Yale and was a male cheerleader. He has been coddled his whole life. I really hope this movie doesn't make him out to be a renegade cowboy who played by his own rules. It seems like that would please that asshole more than anything. Thoughts?
You might be onto something. Based on the trailer alone, Bush does come across as a Hell-raisin' man's man, who works hard and plays hard... sometimes too hard. Not knowing him personally, I can't speak with any accuracy of course, but I do get the impression that's he'd prefer that image and legacy over the ways in which he's described by others. As Shannon mentioned, it should be an entertaining film, one way or another. RE: Must Watch: Oliver Stone's W. Teaser Trailer FirstShowing.net |
