Let me give you my experience from yesterday.
I found this part particularly funny: The lack of attention to usability represented by these experiences blows my mind. I thought we had reached a low with Windows Network places or the messages I get when I try to use 802.11. (don't you just love that root certificate message?)
The user experience when dealing with WPA Enterprise 802.11 authentication is truly horrid. The root certificate message he speaks of pops up _under_ the currently active window, every time.. So unless you know that, you have zero chance of getting your WPA Enterprise 802.11 connection to work. It give me some satisfaction to know that Gates himself has been bit by something that has been a pain in my ass. |
