CIA Played Larger Role In Advising Pentagon - washingtonpost.com by Mike the Usurper at 1:04 pm EDT, Jun 19, 2008 |
Torture "is basically subject to perception," CIA counterterrorism lawyer Jonathan Fredman told a group of military and intelligence officials gathered at the U.S.-run detention camp in Cuba on Oct. 2, 2002, according to minutes of the meeting. "If the detainee dies, you're doing it wrong."
Well no shit Sherlock. Does anyone still question whether what we were doing at Abu Ghraib, Bagram or Gitmo was torture? How can that still be in question? Because Georgie said we don't and the President wouldn't lie to us? When has he told the truth? |

Georgie Porgie Pudding Pie Kissed America and made her __________. I can't figure it out. Either people are ok with it or they just don't care. I recently read THE ART OF WAR with my son. You know, it is highly respected and it all makes a lot of sense. One thing it says is to treat your prisoners humanely. It has always been my experience that you DO get more with honey anyway. I think there are just some paranoid, psychotic hard asses in charge up there. |
