I've had my eye on the 64th floor, but I'm not sure whether 7,400 sq.ft. will be enough to hold my chess sets and anime collection. ;)

I just hope they build the thing. I'd love for Nashville's skyline to include the tallest building in the USA, outside of New York and Chicago. Let the FAA direct traffic around it.

EDIT: Apparently, the project ran into financing problems, too.
