Exploitive? Yeah, but its still nicely executed.

This idea, if not this particular instance, was covered back in 2005 when it was featured on the Daily Show. The business model for Russell Rasche was that you pay a one-time legal fee to amend your last will and testament to include a "Rapture Clause".
