ok for comparison the current uk price from the automobile association site gives a price for April 2008 of 113.3p per litre so as 1 litre is 0.22 gallons so a gallon is in pounds £5.15 which according to here is $10.15 per gallon so looking at the prices you are paying I can't say I'm too gutted for you I realize the price rise is a shock to many Americans but high petrol/gas prices are something Europeans have lived with for years so your complaining doesn't generate a lot of sympathy on this side of the Atlantic RE: USA National Gas Temperature Map |
