If water gets much more scarce down here, it may come to that. Water rights are among the oldest of laws, but in times of crisis, even old laws may not suffice.

I think there are better ways to handle Georgia's problems besides ganking a lot of water from TN, but when push comes to shove, it's going to get fought out in court.
