Housing Bubble Data Porn

This site has some awesome housing bubble charts. Think there is no bubble in Atlanta or Nashville? Well, its certainly not as bad as a lot of areas in the country, such as Northern California:
Graphs from around the country look similar. Here is an example of cities with no bubble:
Here is the South East:

It is nice to see Atlanta isn't as bad, though it would be nice to see a urban and suburban separation of data in these markets. An odd one is the huge spike in New Orleans (which if there were better things going on in the 80's/early 90's, it would be along the lines of other bubble cities). |
