i honestly don't see how in the privacy of his locked hostel room it constitutes a crime -- it's private and there is no victim -- as reported this would seem to be ludricrous -- he's being prosecuted for being deeply weird which strikes me as deeply wrong -- granted there is likely to be aspects that have gone unreported - maybe like Sentator Craig he pleaded guilty when no actual crime has been committed
