I don't think that has anything to do with cops or myself being racist. I can tell you that as a general rule, cops both have a fraternal bond as well as hate each other. Were the racial roles reversed in that video, I don't think it would have played out any differently.
I disagree. I think a single black arresting officer would've known that any tickets he wrote on a single white officer would have been tossed. Versus this situation where I'm sure the perpetrator cop knew that he was busted and already going to get disciplinary action. That makes the escalation totally boundless. You're already in trouble, you can't really get into more trouble. However, in this situation, I can totally understand the perpetrator's reaction. Getting a ticket for stupid shit like having your tag not completely visible (or my favorite, "covered" with a clear plastic protective cover as I've been cited for) is bullshit.
