Ok, so I get he was probably wanting a little fun - ok - but what did he REALLY do that was lewd? Touched someone's foot? Put his luggage in a certain position?

I don't doubt for a second that he was signaling an invitation of sorts, but the actual actions in the report are all legal as best I know of - it just don't seem to be enough to ruin his career over?
