I find this absolutely hilarious, especially as CNN blurbed something about Rove apparently postponing this from over a year ago, which probably coincided with the last mass-exodus of People Looking To Disassociate Themselves From Bush.

Seem pretty clear to me... Rove is a political strategist, not a policy wonk. His skills are needed for the next campaign.
