See... they bust the one kid for robbery, but they don't bust the kid for not having a permit or health inspection. |

Sgt. Steve Sagmeister said officers went to the boy's residence after receiving information by way of a citizen tip.
This is the biggest crime to hit Oshkosh since the Girl Scout Cookie heist of '47. |
