In one trial, Dukoral induced a 52% protection against diarrhoea caused by ETEC. The duration of action is thought to be around three months. The vaccine is not licensed for protection against travellers’diarrhoea in Australia, although it has this indication in several other countries.

Hmmm... me thinks i need a third dose in 3 months?
