That signature drink would be, The Rattler. One part Coke Classic, three parts Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum. Think of it as a coke-and-rum, rather than a rum-and-coke.

Try it sometime. It's very good. Start asking for it at bars. When they don't know what it is, tell them. :)
