U I tried Panera... They got close but not precisely right. They had the right bread, but they didn't understand how to make the sandwich. They cut it into cubes, kept half (which I presume they'll throw out), and packed all the ingredients into the other half.
Try Provence in Hillsboro Village the next time you're back in Nashvegas.
