Well, a sandwich... A Ham and cheese sandwich on baguette... A typical thing that is available on any street corner in France. I guess I could walk into Atlanta Bread Company and ask them to make this, but its not a standard offering of theirs. I certainly could make it myself, but you underestimate how much of a bachelor I am. :) Yeah, its pretty damn bad when you balk at the idea of making a Sandwich.

U I tried Panera... They got close but not precisely right. They had the right bread, but they didn't understand how to make the sandwich. They cut it into cubes, kept half (which I presume they'll throw out), and packed all the ingredients into the other half.

U The Atlanta Bread Company's idea of a baugette leaves something to be desired. Panera was closer.
