Well, to the degree that young people share files and that opens them to lawsuits, yeah, technically they are correct. Whether it is the p2p company's fault for offering the service or for misleading people into thinking it is legal or the young people's fault for wanting more music than they can afford or the RIAA's fault for pursuing legal action, is a matter of debate.
