I have not finished reading the Supreme Court opinion you referenced. It is far from "patently obvious" that ruling pertains to this case. However, in your interest, I will cease at this point. I really don't understand why many preventable deaths sounds like a great idea to you, but at this point I don't fucking care. Have your deaths. Leave me alone.
