In other news, Boston's top government officials have dispatched agents to arrest the guy who put these up because someone must pay!

I think I get the bomb rationale now. He's flicking people off... like he's angry. Like, "haha I'm gonna blow you the fuck up." Not saying I woulda reached that conclusion, but I can see how an inefficient communication system like say 100 complaints from people, would add up to that in an over-zealous police captain's head.
