The act provides that parental consent must be given for a minor to obtain body waxing on or near genitalia.
Say what??? Just out of curiosty, what state interest is served by this? |

Probably to protect the salons if a parent decides to sue because some adult there put wax on or near their child's genitals. I think most services involving childrens' genitals should require a permission slip at the very least. |
