It's much more insidious in Alabama -- literally every Republican Party ad is "Foo is too liberal for us. Foo is too liberal for Alabama." And the sad part is that people are actually parroting these lines back to the newspapers!

I discussed this with my father the other day and his observations were identical to mine -- in AL, the Republicans simply starting throwing mud out of the gate.

Political Theatre is no longer limited to Washington DC it seems. This latest round of elections has brought out the worst in our society. I'm praying for rain.
