I don't know that this really means that. Remember, the SS must follow up on all threats, even though the staggering majority of them turn out to be things like this. Yeah, they probably could have waited until the school day was over, but it was just a 15 minute "fussing at" and these guys do have other, actually-maybe-in-theory more important things to also investigate. I really do feel sorry for them having to personally follow up on stuff like this. Remember, when the Nashville 2600 meetings were happening at Bean Central, at one point a deluded local (who is no longer "with" the "organization" because of an informal "beat his ass" referendum) used one of the kiosks there to send a semi-illiterate threatning email to the White House, Secret Service agents were there to check it out the next day (a Saturday!).
