ANN COULTER - FELON by Mike the Usurper at 8:25 pm EDT, Apr 11, 2006 |
I am a legal resident of Florida. All information on this form is true. I understand that if it is not true, I can be convicted of a felony of the third degree and fined up to $5,000 and/or imprisoned for up to five years.
Whoops. Now what are the rules for being allowed to vote as a felon in Florida again? Not that I seriously think Coulter was deliberately doing something to defraud the.... well wait a second... She registered in one place in Florida, lives in a nother, but hadn't voted at her previous residence in almost a decade? Ok, maybe she was doing something deliberate and maybe she should get squashed for this. |

I'm confused. So she registered to vote while her house was still closing, so she used her realtor's address. So what? She did actually buy a house in Palm Beach, so she can register to vote there. Whats the big deal? |

The problem is, where she registered is somewhere she never lived which ended up placing her in a different district which is how this all came out. At the time she filled out the registration, she was not a resident of Florida meaning what she attested to was false. As I said, I don't know how much of this was her trying to pull a fast one, I just find the whole thing hilarious. That what she did is illegal just adds humor to it. |
