Memeorandum is an aggregator of A-list feeds. Its really not that special, in that there is a human there deciding whats worth tracking. This attention stuff is interesting, but the format seems like its going to get LARGE. They are designing a system for sharing reputation data before they have figured out how to use it (and, therefore, what data is actually useful). I need to spend time thinking about this...
