From the statement further down by the head of Dubai Ports World (the UAR company) they're going to be responsible for secuity. "We followed U.S. law and actually approached the U.S. government for approval of our security arrangement weeks prior to the formal review," Bilkey said. "We will continue to work with the U.S. government in maintaining the highest standards of security at U.S. ports, and will fully cooperate in putting into place whatever is necessary to protect the terminals."
