"Obviously, we are not going after every leaker," an official said. "But if the leaker comes from State, the Pentagon or the intelligence community, we will be ruthless."

So if the leaks come from the White House of the Naval Observatory, well that's ok? Why aren't we going after the guys who were doing the ILLEGAL things that were having whistles blown over them?
