Not knowing much about Hugo Chavez, I went to the Wikipedia, and did a quick read on Chavez.

It seems that he IS similar to Hitler... and his record of Human Rights violations seem that he is an evil, misguided dictator. However, I feel that he would more closely resemble Stalin...
