I think it's time for Rummy to step aside. This is so far out of line that I don't even know where to start. |

Mike, Not knowing much about Hugo Chavez, I went to the Wikipedia, and did a quick read on Chavez. It seems that he IS similar to Hitler... and his record of Human Rights violations seem that he is an evil, misguided dictator. However, I feel that he would more closely resemble Stalin... Let the flaming begin. |

Given our recent record (Gitmo, Abu Gharib, Bagram, the secret prisons) and other actions (notably Iraq) the best comparison for W I can think of is... Il Duce. If you want to find a better comparison for Chavez, you may want to look at someone like Daniel Ortega whose record was not great but on balance somewhat better than most latin American dictators. |
