Some references to independent lawyers who support the President's perspective on NSA wiretapping...
by Decius at 3:52 pm EST, Jan 28, 2006

Washington has been in a furor over the National Security Agency's wiretapping, particularly President Bush's assertion that he has the executive authority to order the program, but scholars disagree over whether he is on solid legal ground.

U Sorry, this comes from the Washington Times. I guess that means I still haven't seen an independent legal analysis that supports the President's perspective. If you've got one, lemme know.

No. Sometimes it's worth looking at the source, in this case the Washington Times. While they may come up with good pieces now and again, their general bent makes Faux News actually look "fair and balanced."

When your "independent" lawyers include people who served in past Republican administrations, calling them independent isn't just being irresponsible, it's called lying.
