Sorry to hear this.....I hope you get it resolved quickly.
Well, I ordered new gear today. At the very least, within a week I'll have a machine again. In the meantime, I can deal with using other people's gear and computer labs. On Monday I'll be able to kick off my insurance claim. I pray they can cover everything.
