Dazzle? DAZZLE enemy personnel? WTF does THAT mean!? "Dazzle" sounds like the kind of thing a 12 year old girl would do with glitter. I'm quite confident that whatever the hell this new weapon does to people, "dazzle" is not an appropriate description.
