Occam's Razor would suggest a chemistry experiment gone ary, but given recent events this cuts rather close to home.

I completely agree with that assertion. That's what I was thinking. I'm picturing some students doing something _very_ stupid. It sounds as if the bombs were not that powerful either.

I still think the Oklahoma situation has something else going on...
