Hrm... It says:

Whoever, when the United States is at war, shall willfully utter, print, write or publish any disloyal, or abusive language about the form of government of the United States or the Constitution of the United States,

Does that mean we could start arresting Conservative Christians for proposing constitutional amendments respecting homosexuals and abortion, and railing against the fact that "activist" judges in the supreme court can declare laws pass by the "more democratic" legislature unconstitutional?
