I'm aware of HAARP, and the Russian version, and the possible effects of bombarding the ionosphere with massssssive amounts of negative ions (which btw - negative ions are great at keeping you awake and alert - used on most battleships and submarines) - but Japanese Mafia using Russian weather weapon as retaliation for us nuking them 50 years ago? |
