Agreed. The shit is as bad as it gets. People need to quit caring about looting, as long as it's not armed robbery. I'd go as far as to say if some dipshit things a TV is what he *really* needs right now, let him go for it and then starve. The NG and police need to focus on the rapists and people with guns that are using this as excuse to go Warlord on other people.

All that being said a gun is definitely useful when shit gets bad, but i think i'd rather just *leave*. Then, I wouldn't've stayed anyhow. I don't care if i'd have had to _swim_ out of there, you couldn't make me stay inside that city for a whole week.
