That Utah Rave can sue on that basis then. On that videotape, that cop flat told that guy to stop filming in a most intimidating manner, and made him put the camera DOWN. I HOPE that more cops get filmed. Every person maybe should carry a videocamera IN CASE they get stopped by the cops. I had a cop threaten to carry me to jail because I took too long at a roadblock going through a messy wallet in the dark trying to find which ID was my drivers' license.
