Actually, by the rules as listed here, they're trying to build a government which is proscribed from doing anything. Weimar Republic anyone?
I can't believe they've drafted a constituion this quick. It took us the better part of 6 years. Gives me hope that maybe they can take care of themselves and we might be able to pull out in the next 5 years or so. At least I hope so, there are so many more countries I want us to attack and if we get Hitlery in office she'll just sit on her ass like BJ, and somehow get credit for being a great president.
