Arrive Air Service: About Arrive

For those of you who travel... check these guys out... I just got off a flight from near my house, to Nashvegas...

It was nice... no lines, no security hassles, just a nice clean, flight on a Piper Navajo Chieftan... it was sweet.

I normally don't sleep on airplanes, and I slept for almost an hour of the hour and fifteen minute flight. For those of you who know how big I am, I got to stretch out, there was only one other passenger, and for $240.00, it beat Delta's price to the same city.

Moveover, I flew into John C. Tune Airport, and Hertz had my car waiting... I just walked off the plane, through the FBO (fixed base operator) and got into my car...

Simple, easy, affordable. The way air travel should be.

This is neat. I would love to know what the exact cost to charter one of these (assuming all six seats are taken) to go back and forth from John C Tune to Dekalb/Peachtree is. And what is the total flight time?

Can you give us more info about the whole experience. I heard about these guys a few months back, and you are ther first person I know who flew with them.

-They only fly into general aviation right?
-How far in advance did you have to book?
-How was the inside ofthe plane? Good seats? Lots of engine noise?

Ok,

Here's the deal. One way flights for $240-$260 between Tunes and PDK or Gwinnett County Field.

The interior of the plane was very nice, leather seats, I only paid $240 for a one way trip, and there was only one other guy on the flight, not counting the TWO pilots. The engine noise was not bad, and I could use my blackberry AND laptop ANY TIME I WANTED... during taxi, takeoff, the whole flight, during landing, and taxi.

I didn't have any security screening, and when I landed at Tunes, I simply walked off the plane, through the FBO, and picked up my Hertz rental that was waiting there for me...

As far as booking, I called them on the thursday prior to the tuesday morning flight, and was picked up at Gwinnett County airport. They asked if I wanted to go to BNA or Tunes, and I said it didn't matter... So since the other guy was going to Tunes, I flew there.

The other guy also was picked up at PDK, so I got onboard at Gwinnett, and we flew south to PDK, landed, picked him up, and then took off to Tunes.

The flight was just under 1.5 hours, we flew at 9,000 ft, and it was smooth.

I will DEFINATELY do it again. The prices are fixed for the Nashville to Atlanta route, regardless of how many people are onboard. If you have any other questions, send me an email at jnoble@noblesouth.com.
