I love eating at grease joints, diners, dives, holes-in-the-wall. Who wants to eat a chain where the food has almost no character? Small local establishments with good deals and quality food will always be my first pick. Holly Moore grew up in philly with all the great cheese steak places but has seemingly travelled extensively in the united states. I'm determined to eat my way thru his list.
