1) There are many degrees of wrong.

2) If Strauss and Howe are wrong, then we have nothing to go on. You and I, in particular. I clearly remember a discussion that amounted to "yes, and we are prepared to deal with it" in regard to the fourth turning they discuss.. Well, that was pre-2001.
