The last one is the best I think. The rest were involved in genocide. Thats why its not a fare comparison. Except Mao, but he did try to wipe a 4,000 year old culture off the face of the earth. Bush has made decisions that have resulted in innocent's death, and we can debate the wisdom of those decisions, but thats not his purpose. He is not a war criminal.
