] Forget it. Unless the operating system has some internal load
] balancing capability you can't really do this. Even if you are
] using your host as a router you typically would need to pull
] BGP tables from both providers (HA!), although someone may
] have written some silly program for linux that load balances
] uplinks on a per TCP connection basis.

Load balancing is what i was thinking. And yes, per TCP connection. And its not silly! :)
