The whole Internet is made with free services with no SLA. I get to choose which services I want to use. These services need me to use them. Thats how they make money.

A social environment like Twitter ought to have a reasonable social contract for policing. I think, for example, that if you shut down my account for violating your TOS, you owe me an explanation, not the other way around.

If you're not going to give me one, I'm going to take my content and my followers elsewhere.
