If BofA fails because their parent company stuffed them full of bad debt obligations in order to walk away from them, it should be a criminal case.

There's even more people reporting on it.

Frankly, I'm going to have to talk to HR tomorrow about getting a check printed for the next pay period. I don't think I'm going to be waiting until November 5th to pull my money out of BofA.
