There is no transcript. This is the founder of Stratfor attempting to explain his new book, which covers his explanation of recent history. If you like stratfor you ought to listen to it, as it provides a deep explanation of why people having been doing what they are doing, offers some predictions, and also reveals, I think, some of Stratfor's biases...

I'm a bit concerned about Pakistan. I'm not sure that they're remembering that Pakistan has "the islamic bomb." I know for a fact that India doesn't want to get nuked, and I don't doubt that if backed into a corner, that Pakistan would use it, or worse, sell it to someone with a container truck.

Well, I think thats why our relationship with them is so delicate and significant. Thats why Bush hasn't rushed to deal with them. They don't have the resources internally to handle this problem. We need to deal with it through them without threatenning the stability of their existing government. Its a complex problem that will require our undivided attention. Hence it hasn't happenned yet.
