Exactly. In the UK the reason why the telcos do this is *precisely* to avoid people having them removed. Over here we have garage signs and even school buildings (!) as a the site of such devices rather than trees. Nothing to do with aesthetics, which would be funny, but everything to do with trying to minimize concern over health risks.

Yeah, well, that guy who built the armored car in Los Angeles was awesome! He made a neat thing that worked well. No one got a brain tumor from his fortified armored car/tank!
