This is a good idea. Typically well prepared html documents are broken up with anchor tags at least. In the case where they are not, there is currently no way to do this. Javascript has a feature which can add a link to your bookmark list. Some javascript systems allow you to scroll to a particular offset or to find particular text in the page. You could combine these two features in a bookmarket that takes the current URL and installs it as another bookmarket which will pull up the page in question and then either scroll to a location or find certain text that you selected.
